If you have a lot of teenagers in the house that take hours getting ready to go out, you'll definitely be looking at homes for sale that offer more than one bathroom!

This way, when you start searching the MLS® listings for homes for sale you'll be able to rule out the ones you don't want to look at and be provided with only the homes you'd be interested in viewing.
